I’m an executive coach who helps leaders reclaim clarity, agency, and courage so they can lead with integrity and impact. I’ve spent my career in global, multicultural, high-pressure environments, where I learned that competence alone isn’t enough: relationships, self-awareness, and truth drive sustainable success.

Life has taught me this firsthand, overcoming breast cancer, navigating a divorce, and watching one of my son’s push to professional soccer all reinforced the power of mindset, resilience, and choice. My work is grounded in helping leaders simplify, focus, and step fully into who they are at work, at home, and in life so they can act with courage, influence with clarity, and thrive without burning out.
