Coach with greater confidence and earn the credentials that come with a deeper understanding and a more masterful practice

Learn to trust yourself and the process.

After observing and working with many coaches as they work through the training and credentialing process, many come across the following challenges, they:

  • get stuck in the process

  • focus so hard on getting the next powerful question that they lose their presence

  • are not able to challenge or share their intuitive observations of the client

  • get into the client’s story and are unable to bottom line them

  • get stuck using the same questions and the same model

  • stay in solution mode, unable to bring about greater awareness of the client’s self and situation

As your mentor coach, I expect commitment to growth, openness to learning, and courageous dedication.

You will improve your coaching skills based on the ICF core competences.

You will learn to embody coaching and have the personal foundation to be able to ‘be’ a coach.

You will become aware of your coaching style.
